During our family vacation at Extended Stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and inclusive atmosphere. The staff, especially Jose and the night receptionist, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Our queen suite was upgraded to a spacious king suite, which was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a kitchen, perfect for family meals.The convenient location near TopGolf and various dining options made our stay enjoyable. We were also delighted to explore Millennium Park, just a mile away, and experience the vibrant public events and activities that change with Chicago's seasons.However, the cleanliness and noise levels of the hotel left much to be desired. Unleashed pets, old beds, insects, and noisy neighbors did affect our comfort.
